Platform Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure)
Own the running platform: managed Postgres, cloud edge/WAF/object storage, observability, on-call rotation. SRE mindset, not job title.

Drive the dashboard, marketing site, and block editor design. You build the prototypes the engineers ship from.
Customer Account Manager
Own a portfolio of growth and scale clients end-to-end. Renewals, upsells, escalations, the lot. Comfortable in technical conversations.
