Terms of Service
The agreement between you and EXERAX. We've tried to keep this short and human.

1. The agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, the “Customer”) and EXERAX LTD (“EXERAX”, “we”) when you create an account, access, or use the EXERAX platform (the “Service”). By signing up, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team members you invite.
- You must enable two-factor authentication on owner and admin accounts. (We're going to require this for new accounts from Q3 2026.)
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use EXERAX to:
- store, transmit, or distribute illegal content;
- host malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- send unsolicited bulk email through our SMTP integrations;
- circumvent rate limits, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
- reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to access another customer's data.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts in clear violation, with notice where the circumstances allow. Repeated or severe violations may result in termination.
4. Your content, your ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload to or generate on EXERAX. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, transmit, and serve that content as necessary to provide the Service to you.
We will never use your content to train third-party models without your explicit opt-in.
5. Billing and refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
- Plan changes take effect immediately; upgrades are prorated.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- Failed payments suspend access after 14 days' notice; data is retained for a further 30 days before deletion.
6. Service level
We target 99.9% monthly uptimefor paid plans. If we fall short, you may request a service credit equal to 10% of the affected month's fees by writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the incident.
7. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from the dashboard.
- We can terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms with written notice.
- On termination, you can export your content for 30 days. After that, we delete it.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, beyond what is required by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll email account holders at least 30 days before any material change. The updated terms take effect on the date posted at the top of this page; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
